Patxaran

Kalimotxo

Although it is not a pre-packaged drink, Kalimotxo deserves a mention in this article. This well-known mix is made by combining red wine with cola, a combination that, according to history, originated in the 1970s at the Algorta festivals when a group of young people discovered their wine had an unpleasant taste and decided to soften it with cola. Its sweet and smooth flavor has made it a classic among young people and a symbol of festive spirit.
