1. USER INFORMATION

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

VITROVAL, S.L.U. is the DATA CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

What do we use your personal data for?

To maintain a business relationship with the user. The operations planned for processing are:

  • Sending commercial advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other present or future electronic or physical means that allows commercial communications. These communications will be made by the DATA CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to the personal data.
  • Conducting market studies and statistical analysis.
  • Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact methods available on the DATA CONTROLLER’s website.
  • Sending the online newsletter with news, offers, and promotions related to our activity.

 

Why can we process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

  • With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
  • By the legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: conducting market studies, statistical analysis, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.

 

How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as required by legal prescriptions, after which they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or its complete destruction.

 

Who will we share your personal data with?

No personal data will be communicated to third parties unless necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

 

What are your rights?

The rights granted to the USER are:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of your data, and to limit or oppose its processing.
  • Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely agree that their data is necessary to address their request, by the provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being optional. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is true and is responsible for notifying any modifications to them.

The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all the data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for providing optimal service to the USER. If not all the data is provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet their needs.

 

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In compliance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility and clearly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently concerning the data subject, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the adequate information so they can exercise them.
