- It’s essential to confirm the accessibility of the delivery location. Sometimes, we work with wineries or businesses located in hard-to-reach areas, so knowing the location helps us select suitable vehicles for the terrain.
- Is a truck with a liftgate needed? These types of vehicles are required for unloading in places without a loading dock, as the pallet cannot be unloaded without the liftgate.
- How far in advance do you usually place your orders? At Vitroval, it’s essential to know our clients’ demand forecasts. If you have a regular schedule for your container needs, it will be much easier for us to manage orders in the time frame you require.
